关注语言文字的表达，尤其对中西文句法、行文逻辑及用词有较为深入的研究。随扶风老师学习禅理后，对文字背后的意指，常有相契之妙。以禅之心眼阅读英语文本，发现西方作品里，也不缺不二法门的精妙；更能在中文经典的英文翻译中，领误译者对道的把握程度。受聘于UCCC中美禅学院，专注于中英文专业用词信达雅的互译。

Ling Li graduatedfromthe School of Foreign Languages Sun Yat-sen University MA in EnglishLiterature, now a faculty member inSYSU. She focuses on the nuanced difference in Chinese and English rendering interms of grammar, words and expression. After learning from Fufeng about Chan,she has a deeper insight in the referred message behind the word.Reading English literature through the lens of Chan, she discovers that a lot ofthe western works echo with the Chan spirit. Besides, she is able to discernhow much a translator of the classical Chinese texts into English understands Chan.She will attend to the faithful, fluent, and elegant rendering ofglossaries both from Chinese-to-English and English-to-Chinese for UCCC.
